Perforated aluminum honeycomb panel is high-temperature composited with perforated aluminum face sheet, aluminum honeycomb core and back sheet. It features sound absorption & noise reduction, Grade A fire resistance, light weight and high rigidity. Custom round holes, square holes and micro holes are available with PVDF, powder coating or wood grain finish. Widely used for facade, ceiling, theater and transportation hub acoustic decoration. Product Description

4-layer composite structure: perforated aluminum face sheet + sound-absorbing non-woven fabric/fiberglass cotton + hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core + aluminum back sheet. Bonded integrally with eco-friendly adhesive under high temperature and high pressure. The closed honeycomb cavity absorbs sound waves through micro holes to reduce noise, with NRC sound absorption coefficient up to 0.6-0.9.
