Structure & Production Process

Multi-layer aluminum foil coated with high-temperature resistant adhesive, stacked and pressed into honeycomb blocks; cut into slices as required, then expanded into neat hexagonal cavities. Micro perforation on single/double sides is optional to improve acoustic performance. Two supply forms: unexpanded block (expand on site by buyers) and finished expanded sheet (ready for lamination).
