Product Description

Marine grade aluminum honeycomb panel is a lightweight sandwich composite specially developed for marine and shipbuilding industry. It consists of two layers of 5052 anti-corrosion aluminum alloy skins and integrated aluminum honeycomb core bonded with high-strength marine adhesive. Compared with traditional steel and solid aluminum plates, it reduces weight by 60%-75% while maintaining superior mechanical performance, effectively lowering ship load and energy consumption.

1. Flatwise Compression Test: High vertical bearing capacity, resistant to heavy impact from ship equipment.

2. Flexural Performance Test: Excellent bending rigidity, no deformation under long-term hull vibration.

3. Shear Strength Test: Stable adhesive interface, no delamination under lateral shear force during navigation.

4. Neutral Salt Spray Corrosion Test: Over 3000h salt fog resistance, adapt to offshore high humidity and salt corrosive environment.

The panel achieves SOLAS B-15, B-0 and C-Class fire ratings, featuring low smoke density and non-toxic combustion, fully complying with closed cabin safety requirements.
